Built from experience
From professional cricket
to a simpler way to coach.
PlayUp was co-founded by Chad Barrett, a former Northamptonshire professional cricketer and ECB Level 4 coach with a First Class degree in Sports Psychology.
Working as a player and coach gave Chad first-hand experience of both sides: finding the right support to develop, and organising a business around delivering great coaching.
That experience shaped PlayUp’s purpose—making sports coaching easier to access and easier to manage.
